For the eighth consecutive year, L3Harris has been recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality” by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC). We’ll hear from Michael Champion, Melbourne CHQ Site Lead, for the Pride LGBTQ+ Resource Group for L3Harris Technologies who will be speaking to the group about how L3Harris promotes an inclusive, supportive and safe environment for all employees regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression in support of their commitment to global inclusion.

About the speaker:
Michael Champion is the Melbourne CHQ Site Lead, for the Pride LGBTQ+ Resource Group for L3Harris Technologies. He’s a Florida native that’s seen and lived in parts of the southern and southeastern United States during his life growing up in a military family. ”Florida beaches, sunshine, wind and rain are what I’m all about.” Favorite hobbies and pastimes include building and maintaining computer systems, playing video games, riding motorcycles, spending time with family, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and spending time being young, wild, and free.
