Our speaker is Lynette Leathers, CEO of Mindspot Research with 20 years of Marketing Research experience, a six-sigma greenbelt, published author on the topic of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and a RIVA trained focus group moderator
Leathers has worked for notable international companies like Kellogg’s, as the Manager of Kid’s Market Research, on brands like Frosted Flakes, Corn Pops, Apple Jacks, and Froot Loops. Her areas of expertise include CPG, FMCG, Kids, Chronic illness/Health Issues, B2B, logistics supply chains, and organizations. She has managed research in 42 countries for CHEP and has a strong background in International Research. She holds a BSBA from Montana State University and an MBA from University of Montana and resides in Orlando, Florida. She is the principal author of the Marketing Research Blog called Mindless Babble.
