About Lori C. Booker:
Lori C. Booker, APRP, APR, is the CEO and founder of CBR Strategic Communications. In her nearly 30 years at the helm, Booker has quietly guided national and international Fortune 100 corporations through some of the most interesting challenges imaginable.  A former broadcast journalist in both radio and television,  Booker is not shy about demanding fair and balanced coverage for CBR’s clients.  Respected in newsrooms worldwide, reporters know that when Lori Booker releases information or suggests a story, they know it’s true.  Her credibility is hard-earned and preciously guarded. The first public relations graduate from Rollins College, Lori also completed Harvard Law School’s Public Disputes program. She was Orlando’s Downtown Woman of the Year in Communications, the former president of the Orlando Area Chapter of FPRA, with the unique distinction of earning both the statewide APRP accreditation along with the national PRSA’s APR designation.  She is a strong proponent of accreditation. She is a partner in IPREX, an international corporation of PR firms, where she served on the executive board for ten years.  She also serves on several influential community boards.
